OBJECTIVE: Building internal processes to serve clients and be the lead in developing and executing marketing strategies for clients.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned digital marketing expert who is looking to take their career to the next level. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development of internal processes within a startup advertising agency environment while servicing clients.

Digital Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for the development and execution of client strategies while the agency scales. Digital Marketing Specialist would report directly to the CSuite comprised of founders with experience in multiple high-growth digital companies over the past 15 years.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
  • Work with management to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Use of Research & Analysis Tools such as SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Moz, RavenTools, Google Search Console, SpyFu, & more
  • Content strategy and creation including web pages, blogs, and more
  • On-Site & Off-Site optimizations including Meta-Data, Inner-Linking, Outer-Linking, Back-Linking, & more
  • Researching & Implementing new SEO techniques and methods
  • Review & Reputation Management
  • Organic Social Media Posting & Management
  • Social Post boosting and campaign management

Requirements:

  • Proven Pay Per Click and Google Ad Words experience.
  • Proven SEO experience.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Expert-Level Google Analytics & Search Console skills
  • Knowledge of Rank Factors and Search Engine Algorithms
  • Solid understanding of results-driven marketing, website conversions, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience using Review & Reputation Management software
  • Experience and understanding of A/B testing and landing page optimizations
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS and other development languages and constraints.
  • Knowledge of Structured Data, Schema Markup, & Voice Search Optimizations
  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • HubSpot Certified
