Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to develop a nuanced understanding of department culture, business strategy and ideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the business
Conduct in-depth candidate screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation requirements and overall fit to the organization
Help identify and convert hard-to-find passive talent by constantly exploring new talent channels and tapping into those channels to introduce them to West and the West employee value proposition
Work to deliver a diverse slate of candidates wherever possible
Establish and build relationships with other recruiters to share knowledge, HR trends and experiences to execute best practices enterprise wide
Manage the global employee referral process by tracking all referrals and submitting regular referral bonus reports to Payroll
Responsible for all US salaried internal and external candidate interview scheduling
Manage all activities within the West applicant tracking system (ATS) and accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
Exhibit reliable, punctual and predictable attendance

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline
Minimum of 3 years professional experience with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically
Ability to multitask in a high pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match
Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels
Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independently
