Markville Chevrolet Part of the Wallace Automotive Group , is looking for an exceptional person to join our exceptional team. The Business development center is where all the phone calls, and appointments for the Service Department are taken. This individual will be responsible for the conversion of in-bound phone and internet leads to appointments. The BDC team member must be friendly, patient, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and feel comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Answering all Inbound phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script and schedule service appointments.
- Reporting results to management daily.
- An ability to work within multiple computer applications at the same time.
- Complete all daily assigned tasks and all work assigned by manager.
- Managing internet & telephone service leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Make 75-100 outbound calls each day.
- 2+ years in a call centre environment.
- Some automotive/BDC experience desired but not required, however, must have some basic "technical" understanding
- Customer first mentality
- Detailed customer centric approach and a team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work in fast pace environment and work well with a group.
- Mandarin speaking an asset but not required.
