The Bakery Clerk is responsible to carry out a variety of duties in a professional, safe, accurate and timely manner. Exceptional customer service is expected, as is working respectfully in a team environment. The Bakery Clerk reports directly to the Bakery Manager. The successful candidate MUST be available 4pm-9pm weekdays and some weekends.
Job Description
- Adherence to all Food Safety Protocols, OH&S procedures, store policies, programs and initiatives.
- Assist and answer customer questions and concerns, providing them with a positive shopping experience.
- Cleaning, tidying, straightening. Washing dishes, fixtures and ovens.
- Handle, organize and rotate product in accordance with store policy.
- Serving cake and donut counter.
- Packaging and labeling product.
- Pulling product from freezers to thaw.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work quickly and independently.
- Being open to change and new ideas.
- Availability including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and spend entire shift standing/walking.
No experience necessary, training will be provided to the right candidate.

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
