Overview

Under the responsibility of the Maintenance Manager, the holder of the position of electromechanical responds to the various requests for electromechanical intervention within the required time frame.

Main Responsibilities
Follows the instructions and priorities of the maintenance manager. Answers calls requested by the production.
Follows-up after intervention with the production supervisor and/or operator. Provides relevant information as a result of actions taken. Responds to emergencies during production shutdowns.
Performs preventative maintenance tasks of all manufacturing equipment. Offers technical support for production.
Acts as second respondent to facilities equipment and provides assistance on occasion to Stationary Engine Technicians.
Documents actions on the lines in the “Mechanical Report” and/or internal register.
Diagnoses problems encountered on manufacturing equipment affecting pneumatic, mechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
Fills in purchase requisitions when necessary. Tracks the receipt of the parts ordered from the buyer.
Respects the rules and procedures in place such as Lock-out/Tag-out, GMP, Simdut
Works safely and ensures that risks and hazards are properly identified and neutralized during interventions.
Perform all other tasks inherent in the position and the smooth running of the Maintenance department
Qualifications and Requirements
DEP or DEC in electromechanics
Minumum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing/pharma sector in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, mechanical and electrical/electronic systems
Ability to complete documentation required for preventative and corrective maintenance as per GMP requirements
Fluent in French & English, written as well
Functional use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Special skills: team spirit, autonomous, initiative, well-structured, attention to detail, and able to determine the degree of importance of priorities
Car is required for occasional travel to and from Capcium’s sites
Schedule
Day Shift or Night Shift /12hrs shifts

Two-week rotational basis:
First week: Mon-Thurs 7AM-7PM
Second week: Mon-Wed 7AM-7PM
