  • Research, solicit and serve new customers
  • Service existing customers as provided through website enquiries.
  • Gather, monthly or when applicable new orders and send them to head office for further process using HW software and tools provided
  • Ensure all orders are forwarded with in time line given as per best practice
  • Send and explain all new promotions, offers, product and price changes and all relevant material to customers
  • Relay all concerns, inquiries or positive feedback from customers to head office
  • Share all seasonal offers and retrieve orders (mostly Christmas) on scheduled time lines
  • Notify/collect all past due balances. (new orders processed and delivered only to customers with no past due account) past due is 30 days with a 15-day grace period for a total of 45 days
  • Relay all product/complaint/observation/inquiry information from customers to appropriate designee
  • Maintain all product pricing unless otherwise approved by Head office
  • Attend all Sales meetings as planned and announced with adequate time in advanced by head office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (Preferred)
