This job is specifically working with the Apee Panchhi team at RE/MAX. The Apee Panchhi Team has a combined 35+ years of real estate experience and is devoted to providing great service to all of our clients.

This position is located in a great office - which is conveniently located close to the corner of Henderson and McIvor.

We are looking for an administrative professional to perform a variety of important tasks in our busy office.

  • Ensure that a high-level of co-operation, service and support is provided to clients
  • Data base entry, marketing, and advertising
  • Preparing and completing all necessary documentation for real estate purchase/sale from beginning to end
  • Analyzing and summarizing searches, identifying issues, and reporting to the agent
  • Preparing, editing/proofreading, printing, and scanning
  • Opening/closing files, file maintenance, preparation and other general office duties
  • Reviewing/routing incoming mail/email, preparing and processing outgoing mail/email
  • Maintaining an organized electronic and physical filing system for all files
  • General office reception duties


  • 2+ years of administration experience
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Data entry skills, General math skills
  • 50+ WPM
  • Intermediate or above Excel skills
  • Strong IT skills / background with a goal to be paperless
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, analyzing Information
  • Excellent team player
  • Valid Drivers licence, must be able to attend meetings outside of the office
