This position is responsible for supporting the online presence of MRO products on homedepot.ca and all related processes and procedures. The Individual would typically report to Online order support Supervisor.
Downloading of and identifying of Ship to Store & Ship to Customer orders at multiple points throughout the day.
Processing orders in ERP for various ship to locations.
Assist with Daily upload of available inventory to Commerce Hub platform.
Assisting with on-boarding new products to homedepot.ca.
Ship Processing orders with relevant tracking information & Invoicing Orders in Commerce Hub.
Support and reply to Ecom team e-mails for ETA & discrepancies.
Respond to customer inquiries related to product questions.
Effectively communicates cross functionally with other departments across the organization.
Process return requests from Store/Ecom team as required.
Other Responsibilities as assigned by Manager
Experience / Knowledge Required:
Internal Candidates: Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+, Meets expectation, consistently demonstrates).
Has a good working knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Office Applications and various web-based applications.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong time management skills.

High School Diploma and/or Post-secondary education.
