The person in this position makes and receives calls to/from clients and carries out solicitation activities to obtain information, sell new products and services, or promote special offers by the company. He/she works to meet the company's business objectives and ensure clients are satisfied with the quality of service provided by exceeding their expectations.
Assist members and clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions
Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels based on how much independence and automation they want
Ensure member and client satisfaction
Take phone calls and handle information requests. Conduct research as needed and suggest personalized solutions
Seize business opportunities and help increase sales through solicitation.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience
