Job Summary:
The Program Assistant provides support to the CSS team within the framework of VON policies, procedures, standards and quality & risk management. Collaborates with members of the CSS team in meeting the needs of individuals to attain an optimal level of independence and well being.

Responsibilities:
Provides clerical to the CSS team.
Provides telephone support as needed.
Volunteer and client scheduling.
Filing and other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration and/or 3 year experience in general office administration.
Working knowledge of the client data base system procura
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work activities within a team environment
Demonstrated knowledge of up-to-date office applications
Detail orientated and ability to multi-task.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: fast-paced environment; attention to detail; lift and carry using appropriate lifting techniques; walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs; grip and fine hand movements.
