Job Summary

Joey Ai is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing video content as well as executing the overall social media strategies of our clients. This involves incorporating online tools and in-person networking to create relationships and ultimately build the company's brand—both online and off. We are looking for someone that is able to wear a lot of hats and learn new skills quickly, someone who is excited about social media storytelling, passionate about producing social stories and inspired to be a part of our team efforts.

You have 1-3 years of experience in Video Production, Photography, Editing, Animation and Social Media.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Photography /Video Editing

  • Shooting and editing video projects.
  • Work with stakeholders on stylistic needs.
  • Work with our design org. to update and create new assets that align with client brand guidelines.
  • Travel to remote shoots as necessary.

Social Media

  • Manage all social media accounts by creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other strategically relevant online channels.
  • Contribute and drive the strategic vision and direction of social media demand generation.
  • Curate, generate and syndicate content, including blog posts, articles, communications materials and other relevant material for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
  • Research interesting and trending topics in the industry to post to relevant social media pages on an ongoing basis.
  • Responsible for customer support and managing any online feedback forums.
  • Planning and attending industry events in the city (often outside of 9-5 hours).


  • Set processes in place to track and plan each video project end to end.
  • Optimize video project process and workflow.
  • Send monthly recaps outlining video projects complete and performance of video trends.
  • Flag project roadblocks, schedule changes, and potential missed deadlines with all stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and communications with all internal and external teams.

Community Interaction

  • Managing incoming media requests and building relationships with industry influencers; executing and measuring media campaigns.
  • Using Google Analytics, social media monitoring tools and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
  • Participate in the creation of strategic marketing plans.

Communications Plans That Provide Direction for the Company’s Public–Facing Communications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
  • Proficient in Premier Pro or Final Cut.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Lead brainstorm meetings and provide leadership in the development and communication of creative concepts for video products.
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges.
  • Foster relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage production planning process.
  • Able to tell amazing stories via post-production efforts.
  • Experience with video shoots and video editing.
