About the role:
Looking for a highly capable and self-directed Administrator to take ownership of this exciting temporary role. The successful applicant will be accustomed to a fast paced and dynamic environment, and will be used to working autonomously.

Playing a key support role within the business, your role will be varied and include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating a medium volume of email communication
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Formatting documents
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Writing internal reports
  • Responding to queries from fellow employees
  • Set up of rooms for meetings/functions
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills / Experience:

  • Computer literate to intermediate-advanced level including (MS office suite & internet) - in particular, Excel, Microsoft Word and the Mail Merge function
  • Previous experience in a similar Administrative support role is advantageous
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to work within a high volume environment
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work, good oral communication skills, including the ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people and to use discretion with confidential information
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary: $24.00 /hour
