Tasks

  • Various ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Reconciling daily bank transactions
  • Managing employee time sheets
  • Generating and managing monthly customer invoices
  • Maintaining organized filing structure of vendor invoices
  • Monthly vendor statement reconciliation and invoice follow-ups
  • Invoice review and entry into accounting system
  • Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to participating in special projects, liaising with key stake holders or ad hoc analyses/projects as assigned.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Post-Secondary Education in Accounting or Finance is considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of accounting practices, policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and QuickBook online l skills (essential)
  • Excellent team player capable of working both independently and in team environment
  • Detail orientated and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Can build positive working relationships both inside and outside of the finance team
