Heritage Family Services is now recruiting 2 Child and Youth Workers to serve alongside the Program Coordinator at our upcoming sibling home located in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.
This is a full time position, 3 days on 3 days off, 11.5 hour shifts.
A minimum of a two (2) year Diploma in the Human Services field and three (3) years of experience in the care of youth with complex needs, and be over the age of 18 is required.
The ideal candidate will likely be characterized by others as authentic, service focused, responsible, organized and outgoing. They will possess a valid drivers’ license as well as a clean Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector, Child Intervention Check and Driver's Abstract. This individual will display a strong level of interpersonal skills and have the ability to develop healthy relationships with the children in their care.
