We are seeking for a bright, motivated, hardworking individual to fill our full-time Pet Store Warehouse Associate Position. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to customer service as it relates to order fulfillment. Our company is located in Markham with major intersection of Warden Ave/14th Ave. (own transportation is required since it is not TTC accessible)
Job Duties :
- Managing day to day operations by answering customer phones and emails
- Receiving shipments from our vendors
- Processing and shipping customer orders
- Answering customer phone calls
- Replying customer emails
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work environment
- Uploading/updating products on our web portal on daily basis
- Managing & inputting data and inventory on the backend panel of the website
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Basic Requirements :
- Must have own transportation
- Must have a good computer skills
- Must be a hard working person and can work independently
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have excellent customer service skills in answering phone calls and replying emails
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Warehouse or Pet Store working experience is certainly an assert
Working Hours: 9am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
