We are looking for a person who loves anger! We appreciate those who are curious about their own anger, and all the emotions around it, and who are interested in learning more. We have 25 years of delivering programing around anger.

You will work male clients who call Moose Anger Management/Healing Anger to address anger issues along with all that surrounds anger. This person will familiarize themselves with our programs by attending 12 group sessions with one of our group facilitators and read the workbook that goes along with the program so that they can deliver the program as it is laid out in our book.

Duties:
·
To respond to phone calls or text messages in a timely manner from the manager.

·
To call clients to set up times to complete individual programs, or individual sessions. This means to phone, not text or email, unless requested by the client, especially for the first contact. A voice creates more of a connection than a text.

·
To set up times to meet at the office with the client only after ensuring the calendar is open for that, and writing in times on the calendar.

·
To have thoroughly read and understand the book, Lose Your Temper, especially the material that we typically cover with each client.

·
To text or email the manager after setting up the first session, and after receiving payment.

·
To work constructively with each client in a manner that best serves them.

Skills

·
Be knowledgeable of and interested in anger management.

·
Will ideally have a masters degree, with an RCC, registered clinical counsellor designation.

·
Would ideally be familiar with the work of Robert Augustus Masters.

·
Be able to work with anger and all the emotions in a manner that shows emotional literacy and maturity.

·
Be able to and be interested in facilitating anger management groups.

Remuneration starts at $50.00/hr for six month, then a $5/hr raise.

It is possible that this person could work as a contractor or as an employee.
