Minimum qualifications:

We’re looking for a strategic marketer with exceptional leadership potential to help drive our YouTube B2B strategy and execution with a vast cross-functional team. You’ll report to the Head of YouTube Marketing in Canada to manage priority programs that will shift advertiser and agency perception that YouTube works to build your business and support sales exceed their annual business growth target.

This role covers the full scope of the YouTube ads business, including developing plans for Large Customer Sales and Google Customer Solutions advertisers, tailoring agency programs, scaling through owned and earned content channels and launching new products. Canada is a top 10 ad market globally and looked upon as an innovative B2B marketing leader within the global YouTube Ads team.

Responsibilities
Help guide the cross-functional team to deliver on audience strategy, content drumbeat, narrative and sales activation goals.
Work with the global Product and Brand team to plan press and content around new ad format, ad supported content or brand campaigns.
Be responsible for the day to day management of the YouTube ads business.
Help lead the planning process for the YouTube ads business.
