We are looking for an Office Assistant who will provide quality and efficient administrative support on a wide range of daily tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Daily office organization
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Open and log cases received
  • Process accounts payable/receivable
Requirements

  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload
  • Experience working with Quickbooks a plus
  • You need to be fully bilingual in both French and English
