Valnet is on the lookout for an External Resources Manager who will provide feedback on current business standards as well as improve the communication processes third party studios for our brand Little Angel. Little Angel is the go-to channel for kids songs and nursery rhymes on YouTube, reaching more than 10M viewers daily through 2D and 3D animated content that is engaging, entertaining and safe.

What you will be doing:
Overseeing processes and pipelines.
Hiring and on-boarding animation and music studios.
Communicating with third party studios.
Setting up contracts and negotiating with external studios.
Aligning content providers with business goals.
Understanding the vision of our Kids Entertainment Business and its needs.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers and studios to ensure achievement of business goals.
Track and measure all metrics and efforts.
Make the external processes as efficient as possible.

What you need to succeed:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in business role or related.
Bilingual (written and spoken);
Bachelor's in a business-related discipline;
Experience negotiating, dealing with third party companies.
Creative, innovative and thorough in developing executable sourcing plans;
Great time management and multitasking skills coupled with the ability to prioritize effectively;
Confident in their abilities to execute and negotiate;
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
