Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals with exceptional communication and leadership skills to join our growing team. We require Project Assessors/Project Scientists to join our Health, Safety and Compliance Group. The successful candidates should have solid interpersonal and technical skills, knowledge of Designated Substances/ Hazardous Materials, Phase I ESAs, Property Condition Assessments (PCA), and Phase II ESAs, as well as sound knowledge of applicable Environmental Regulations. The successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties (as required):

Execute Hazardous Materials Surveys and Phase I & II ESA and PCAs from inception to completion, in accordance with the industry standards;

Manage all phases of projects, from proposal writing to the development of work plans and budgets to report production;

Obtain information from various government and agency sources through regulatory search requests;

Conduct site assessments (site reconnaissance, sampling, drilling and remediation supervision);

Collect, manage, analyze and interpret historical documents and field data;

Present findings in a report and discuss the significance of the findings;

Advise and liaise with clients on a broad range of technical issues; and

Contribute to the development and execution of internal protocols and procedures.
