YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes category performance by developing financial analysis tools and creating monthly category management reports in the form of dashboards.
Influence sales targets and strategies
Work with various teams to problem solve and create solutions to increase sales.
Prepares reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing and summarizing information while presenting it in a clean and user-friendly manner.
Tracks performance of various initiatives.
Develop a seamless relationship with Promotions, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure consistent strategies.
Maintains product attributes to ensure database efficiency.
Build and analyze performance metrics.
Provide adhoc business reports and analysis as needed.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field
Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
Demonstrated analytics and problem solving skills
Loves to work with data and has a passion for finding insights from it
Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interpret financial data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business.
Strong technical skills with an emphasis on Excel. Knowledge of analytical software such as SQL and Power BI are preferred but not required.
