The Ecommerce, Digital Promotions Specialist is responsible for the implementation, tracking, reporting and maintenance of ecommerce digital promotions and curated categories for The associate in this position will work closely with User Experience (UX), Marketing and Merchandising teams to implement processes, best practices for online promotions and curated lists to bring the in-store experience online. The candidate in this role will also have strong ties with our product management and IT teams to support promotion-engine system upgrades, new promo initiatives, troubleshooting and overall content maintenance.

Create, track and maintain online promotions and curated categories as requested via Zendesk
Report on promotion performance in a weekly cadence
Act as a leader and innovator when establishing digital promotions processes
Act as SME on the programs, processes and systems used to execute
Be the voice and corporate Change Agent for the program
Provide training and support to the offshore digital execution team
Maintain and oversee the implementation of daily/weekly quality checks
Prepare business cases for new promo opportunities on
Facilitate promotion parity across stores and online channel
Work with UX team to enhance experience and request visual assets
Work with Analytics team for enhanced reporting functions
Work with Marketing and Merchandising team to establish cadence
Work with IT team to improve system functions

Experience/Knowledge Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree/diploma program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job is required
Ability to lead and motivate while fostering strong inter-team and inter-departmental relationships
3-5 years of Content Management or related experience
Proficient in creating thorough reporting in a weekly cadence
Comfortable with presenting to larger audiences
Strong multi-tasking and organization skills with the ability to flex and remain objective
Well-developed project management skills including exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills appropriate for all levels of the organization
Ability to manage difficult situations with calm, patience and respect
Superior relationship management skills and strong ability to influence
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage various data trackers, balance multiple priorities & manage time effectively
Familiar with website technologies is an asset
Understanding of retail industry required
