Job Description

As an IT Build Analyst, your role will be to oversee a team of platform engineers and provide support delivery support. Reporting to the Hosting Solutions – IT Build Manager, you will be leveraging as a bridge between the technical requirements to business goals.

Oversee successful delivery of system architecture and infrastructure built for maintainability, scalability & extensibility using software best practices/ Agile methodologies
Assist in testing for server components or configuration settings in deploying to deploying TD platforms like Cloud or VMC, or to actively support platform versions
Debug, troubleshoot, and develop utilities to resolve software and hardware compatibility and operability issues
Develop blueprints for server installations
Work with stakeholders (engineers, product owners, QA) to establish roadmaps, PIDs, BOMs and provide project delivery support
Actively identify bottlenecks and ways to improve engineering productivity
Communicate up, down and across the organization and co-ordinate with other teams on key projects
Organize team Confluence and code repo on GIT
This position will be located in the GTA (Toronto and Mississauga), Ontario.

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate technology-related degree, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business Technology Management, Information Technology Management, Financial Analysis and Risk Management, or Technology Sciences
Excellent verbal and written communication
Facilitation and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of computers and computer networks
Proficient with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, SharePoint and Confluence
Organized, self-motivated and goal oriented
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to successful completion
Professional attitude when dealing with peers and working with internal/external partners

The following would be an asset, but not required:
Programming experience
