Snowball Studios is hiring Production Coordinators!
The Production Coordinator is a key role within the team. Developing project plans and delivery schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Attending daily review sessions, accurate data entry, taking notes, and following-up on action items as required.
Design, implement and monitor micro-schedules for departments
Track production progress on a daily basis and generate progress reports for Producers and Supervisors across multiple departments
Coordinate and schedule screenings; launches; sequence reviews, and other meetings as required
Maintain asset management system with Director/Producer Notes; assign and follow up with individual tasks for artists
Assist with rendering and organizing asset stills for review
Identify production bottlenecks and assist the Production Manager/Producer to strategize solutions, prioritize allocation of resources and execute a solution by coordinating the production team
Upload and download files to and from the client
Create and update the crew contract status tracker for each production
Draft crew contracts and contract amendments for producers
Vet all documents for correct completion of documentation; record status on contract top sheet/checklist
Advise Producer of any outstanding docs/elements
Create crew timesheets in excel for new staff and provide training to new hires
Update contract status tracker per production
A highly organized team player
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Excel
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar coordinator role in a studio environment
Experience with asset management systems
Understanding of 3D Animation pipeline
