Responsible for managing the front desk, assisting with customers for general inquires, and administrative duties in the office, providing prompt and accurate service.

As the first point of contact, great and provide an exceptional level of customer service to our clients and visitors;
Greet customers for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc;
Perform administrative support tasks;
Taking orders from phone calls, emails, and walk in customers, creating accurate invoices;
Maintain office equipment (i.e. supply paper to printers, photocopiers, provision of phones, mail machine, coffee machine, etc.) and act as contact to equipment suppliers for service and maintenance.
Ensure reception, lounge and meeting rooms are kept clean and organized always.
Assist in organizing special events i.e. internal office events, conferences, trade shows;
Works together with the internal departments
Assist other duties in other departments within the company if needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
1-2 years of Receptionist or Customer Service experience required;
1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience required;
Experience with Microsoft Office;
A post-secondary education in business administration, marketing or science program would be an asset;

We Offer

Full time job - Hours of work: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:30pm;
Salary Range: $31,200 - $32,280 (depending on the experience/skills level)
