We’re looking for an Accounting Service Represntative to join our growing team!
As an Accounting Service Representative in our Payment Processing Team, you will provide backend billing transactions to our brokers and customers.
Here are a few ways you'llmake a difference:
Ensure payments are processed daily and accurately
Ensure daily exception reports are reviewed, resolved and handled within set service standards
Working closely with both brokers and internal A/R Teams to resolve discrepancies
Answering incoming inquiries from customers, brokers and internal partners
Analyzing, researching, and resolving unidentified incoming transactions
Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills including advanced EXCEL skills
A good understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
To have a strong customer service attitude to maintain favourable business relationships and negotiate tactfully with brokers and customers
To be detailed oriented
To be highly organised and prioritise the workload
Strong data entry skills
Able to deal with tight daily deadlines.
