Job Summary

Performs administrative, job & event coordination for CSG Account Director .
*Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Email, Voicemail, and Calendar
  • Organize and Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls; including preparing information packages, agendas, organizing logistics, attending meetings, capturing and following up on action items
  • Review all incoming material to determine required next action outcome
  • Ensure appropriate information is provided to the Account Director on the progress of items, problems and issues, recommending appropriate actions to be taken ensuring she is properly briefed on all matters important (to her)
  • Research information, conduct analysis, and write briefing notes in support of day to day operations and special initiatives
  • Act on behalf of the Account Director to handle matters, some of which are highly confidential in nature including attending meetings on her balf as requested
  • Interface with high-level internal and external contacts with considerable autonomy
  • Use CSG systems to generate reports
  • Develop and maintain a data base of clients, vendors and internal passwords
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Submit and reconcile vendor invoices
  • Assembles data and prepares periodic and special reports. Weekly activity reports are required, as well as logging activities within CRM and Project Software.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries for senior managers
  • Be present at client events as required
  • Coordination of multiple vendors to ensure client events needs are met
  • Support clients with moving show homes as required
  • Sign Audits, recommendations and coordination of installation of signage including being available to be on site and assist as required
  • Assembling of client event collaterals
  • Drone Footage as needed
  • Assesses clients needs and recommends the optimum CSG service(s)
  • Assists in developing sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct follow up sales call with existing clients
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of specialized services to the client
  • Provides presentations on the benefits and uses of CSG’s services

*Education and Experience

  • Diploma in business or marketing and/or a combination of related education and experience is required.
  • Project Management courses are beneficial
  • Experience in event coordination and signage would be beneficial
  • Experience in marketing, web design and online marketing is beneficial.

*Technical Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage a wide array of projects
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media (Facebook, Twitter etc)
  • Familiarity with a CRM would be an asset
  • Valid driver’s license

Working Conditions

  • Works both in an office environment as well as on site at client locations
  • Requires some evenings and weekend work for client events with a higher number of events in the spring and summer months
