What the heck is Knowledge First?
Knowledge First is a start-up company offering online education to professional Real Estate agents across North America. Our offering is unique and well-positioned to fill a need for high-integrity agents who wish to improve their skills and to deliver exceptional results. The end-goal is to teach professional Real Estate agents how to be great at what they do and to build a referral-based business.
What is the opportunity?
The product is ready. Now we need to get the word out! You will work directly with the owner to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy. Additionally, you will maintain and monitor our Kajabi website, and assist in the ongoing production of future modules.
What’s the job, and what skills are needed?
As the first full-time employee, we need you to “chip in’ wherever needed.
As a start-up, new stuff is going to come up daily and will be added to your growing list of responsibilities! If you’re looking for a position that is already super-organized and clearly-defined, this probably is not the right job for you. On the other hand, if you like utilizing your organizational skills to create order from chaos, and you enjoy variety and the excitement of launching something new, let’s talk.
What do we want you to be?
You must be creative, hard-working, self-directed, resourceful, and have an abundance of common sense. You will be given time to figure stuff out, but you need to do it quickly and efficiently. For example, we don’t expect you to know and understand the Kajabi platform, but the resources are readily available to learn all about it, so get at it!
You are adaptable and willing to switch directions on a moment’s notice. You must be extremely organized and constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency. You are a good communicator, and you’re not afraid to say to your boss, “That’s a dumb idea, boss,” and explain why. We truly value your creative input.
What experience and education are needed?
A recent grad with a focus on digital marketing would be ideal. You have extremely strong computer skills and can learn new programs quickly and easily.
If you are able to demonstrate on-the-job results utilizing your digital marketing skills, that would be a bonus.
What else should you know?
This is a full-time position but with some flexibility. For example, if you’re an ideal candidate but you can only manage 25-30 hours per week, let’s talk. We prefer you to work on site at our office, but there could be some flexibility on this also.
