The Role:
Develop and implement a measurable social media strategy that supports business objectives, new innovation, and overall brand identity
- Continue to grow the brand's community and followers on social media through existing and new programs
- Collaborate with Content team and Brand team on engaging content concepts and calendar development
- Responsible for posting the content developed by content/influencer team on a cadence and frequency that is on strategy
- Act as community manager for all social accounts ensuring timely responses to all inquiries
- Monitor & report on community health metrics, and contribute to weekly reports showcasing performance of priority social channels
- Perform audits on social performance on a rolling basis and be able to present findings.
- Monitor and report regularly on product feedback, online reviews, brand sentiment, competitive, KPIs and other performance metrics or goals to analyze performance of social channel to quantify the effectiveness of activations and drive scalable learning
Focus on paid digital marketing for the brands, including the development and execution of full-funnel strategies that drive awareness and sales online (to e-retail partners) and in-store
Partner with key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, etc. and stay on the cutting edge of changes and innovation
You Bring:
3 years of experience as a Social Media specialist in Beauty or Fashion
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of the social media landscape and best practices with focus on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Experience with managing paid social (specifically TikTok and Meta) and paid digital media campaigns along with deep understanding of social media KPIs
- BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
