During the school year the primary duties of the Client Support Specialist will relate to corresponding with clients, researching and resolving issues with customer accounts and providing support to our user base. These tasks can range from explaining to students how stock options work to helping a finance professor on the other side of the world set up their own Stock-Trak class.
During the summer things shift gears and the job becomes more focused on quality assurance, working on sites for new clients and coming up with upgrades and new designs for our existing sites. We are always growing and looking for new clients abroad. Employees with good written and spoken skills in languages other than English may even be given the opportunity to assist with international client communications.
