We are seeking a reliable and capable individual for a new Bookkeeper / Data Entry position with our client in Peterborough.
The successful candidate will be tasked with both bookkeeping and data entry tasks, and have at least 6-month's experience in both.
Bookkeeping Duties (not exhaustive):
Posting daily transactions and inventories
Scheduling and coordinating
Accounts Payable processing
Prepare and process Records of Employment
Prepare Government Remittances including WSIB
Filing Taxes- HST/GST
Data Entry Duties (not exhaustive):
Utilizing database software (MS Access, Excel, etc..)
Bookkeeper / Data Entry Requirements:
At least 6-months prior bookkeeping experience
Intermediate Word and Excel
Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting role
Data entry experience
Administrative support experience
Proficiency with computers and peripherals
Detail-oriented and organized
Reliable and easygoing
