Your Opportunity:
The Clinic Manager performs a leadership role in the Kaye Edmonton Clinic (KEC) Ambulatory Care Portfolio and reports directly to the Program Manager Ambulatory Care Programs. This position is responsible and accountable for providing direction, team leadership and organization over clinic activities and in support of the vision, mission and business plan of Alberta Health Services. The position is responsible and accountable for making unit-level decisions and having direct leadership responsibility for contributing to the achievement of the goals of the KEC Ambulatory Care Portfolio. The Manager will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders which includes but is not limited to Physicians, HR, Financial Services (BAS), and front line staff - UNA, AUPE GSS/AUX, HSAA, Primary Care Networks, Interdepartmental Partners (i.e. DI, Laboratory Services), University of Alberta partners and AHS Community Partners.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Active registration with CARNA. Health Care Provider's CPR. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management. Computer skills including Connect Care, RMS, e-people. Minimum of 5 years current and relevant nursing experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Experience with Quality Improvement Initiatives. Proven record with leading teams, organization and decision making skills. Demonstrated clinical expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an urgent care or ambulatory setting.
