The Receptionist has a crucial role to represent the Master Group as s/he is the first person our customers will interact with, either by phone or in person. Among his/her tasks, s/he will be responsible to greet customers by phone or in person, manage general administrative duties and support the team as required.

Principal tasks:
Answer incoming calls, provide general information (address, fax number, directions etc.), dispatch calls accordingly
Take delivery, sort and distribute mail daily
Resolve client complaints via phone, and/or email
Build sustainable relationship through open and interactive communication
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Greet customers in a professional manner and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Act as a backup for the office administrative team

High School Diploma;
Knowledge of MS Office programs.
Ability to work under pressure;
Good communicator;
Good organization skills;
Initiative and resourcefulness;
Diplomacy and courtesy.
