Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative performs customer service/contact duties providing the customer a single point of contact for placing orders, servicing accounts, handling complaints, and representing the company in a positive and professional manner on all matters relating to sales and service .

What You Will Do
Interacts with customers via telephone and other media (, fax, e-mail, etc.)
Enters orders, verifies product description, quantity, shipping and billing information via computer based applications
Verifies accuracy of orders and contacts customers as required to ensure customer needs are met and company resources are not wasted
Creates pleasant and professional environment to promote positive interaction with both internal and external customers
Uses discretion in handling problem orders and offers options to proactively solve customer needs
Responsible for administering company warranty and replacement policy
Quotes contract pricing, discounts and list prices
Informs customers of back orders
Resolves customer complaints or discrepancies
Maintains a neat and orderly work area and all reference materials up to date

Who You Are
Cegep or college degree.
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role.
Ability to work in a team;
PC experience (MS Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and database applications
Experience operating fax machines, scanners, and other office hardware
Excellent communication skills, oral/written
Must be fluent in English and French

PLEASE NOTE : This is a temporary position, expected to go until Dec. 2020 but could possibly be extended.
