Position Purpose

Designs and implements recruitment strategies, as well as liaison and recruitment activities, for all of the faculty’s graduate programs in order to maximize outreach and attract the very best students. Organizes and leads promotional campaigns, generates web content and develops communication plans to project a positive image of the faculty, promote its brand and increase its visibility.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in a similar role

Other competencies

Master’s degree in a relevant field an asset
Ability to develop marketing and digital communication strategies
Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and experience in applying them
Knowledge of the Canadian university sector and its administrative structures
Advanced knowledge of computer systems and software including graphic design and web applications, spreadsheets, databases, the internet and email
Experience giving presentations to large groups in both official languages
Experience planning and organizing events
Project management experience
Strong public relations, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability and willingness to occasionally travel outside of the city for recruitment activities
Ability and willingness to occasionally work outside of normal office hours
Bilingualism – English and French (spoken and written)

Contract of approximately 12 months, with possibility of renewal. Eligibility to benefits and union affiliation will be determined upon hiring. All applications will be considered equally.
