Position: Lease & Contract Administrator

Status: Full Time

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Canada Cartage located in Mississauga is seeking candidates for the position of Lease & Contract Administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lease administration
Bank lease buy out paperwork for expiring leases
System set up for new leases
Document file and retention
Equipment Disposal administration
Website updates
Bill of Sale creation
Coordination of equipment disposal including payment for equipment
System Administration (TMT – Fleet Maintenance Software)
New unit set up
Warranty set up
Lease set up
Date entry
Purchasing Support
Request for pricing
Document coordination
Drafting of business cases related to equipment acquisitions.
Warranty Renewal
Run reports out of Transman
Track incoming aftermarket parts
Notifying the vender – determine whether they will pay or deny
Set up claims based on results of report

Key Skills & Core Competencies:
Data entry
Microsoft excel, word, & power point
Communication & professionalism – role will interact will all “C” level staff
Additional computer skills to support website admin and fleet maintenance software system administration
5 years of related experience
Previous transportation related experience
