Job Description

The Data Coordinator will assist in the entry, collection, cleansing, quality assurance and dissemination of data for use in proprietary forecasting, performance tools, product deliverables, and various ad hoc projects. They will also work to support team members for projects related to product content management with focus on accuracy and completeness, which involves extensive data entry and manipulation. The incumbent will need to understand the underlying data and algorithms that produce the data so that they can work to ensure it is accurate and up to date.

Manipulate, extract, and store data in multiple formats;
Create, review, and publish recurring periodic reports to various users groups;
Routinely monitor the quality of data across multiple systems and troubleshoot issues that arise;
Develop and publish miscellaneous ad hoc reporting as needed;
Work in conjunction with various internal teams to support enhancement to, or new reporting initiatives;
Review, analyze, and evaluate the current business systems, databases, and user needs in order to create, design, and implement new solutions and applications;
Actively seek ways to improve or automate routine functions within the department.


1+ years’ experience in data management, manipulation, analysis and/or interpretation;
Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge (e.g. VLOOKUP, IF, MULTI TABLE, etc.);
Intermediate Microsoft Access knowledge considered an asset;
Basic knowledge of SQL is an asset;
High attention to detail;
Planning and time management skills;
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
