Marketing and Communications Assistant
The Marketing and Communications assistant will work with partners and department leads to manage and prepare proposals for new work. They should have experience in writing proposals, and graphic design. The Marketing and Communications assistant will also be responsible for identifying and managing the application process for various architecture, design and business awards.
Monitor tender/proposal sites for opportunities
Manage proposal preparation process
Manage awards applications and event management
Manage social media sites and develop new content
Manage staff photos, CVs and business cards
Drafting internal staff communication and external press releases
Liaise with IT lead and provide assistance where needed
Other duties as required
Diploma or Degree in Communications, graphic design, marketing or related field
1-3 years experience in similar role
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
