Resource will work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Dev team) and Customer. So should have through knowledge of product feature and should troubleshoot the issue and suggest appropriate solution.
- This role is mostly of Customer facing. So need good communication and articulative skills
- Should have deep knowledge of Products Feature.
- RAN Expert (Testing or Developer background)
- Understanding of Configuration , Monitoring and improvise based on situation
- Self-motivated and take responsibility to close the action item independently.
- Proactively analyze the issue and give appropriate suggestions to optimize the system
- Strong understanding of software releases
- Should able to Assist Support Tier 1 and 2
- Review the test coverage and give suggestions
