Resource will work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Dev team) and Customer. So should have through knowledge of product feature and should troubleshoot the issue and suggest appropriate solution.

  • This role is mostly of Customer facing. So need good communication and articulative skills
  • Should have deep knowledge of Products Feature.
  • RAN Expert (Testing or Developer background)
  • Understanding of Configuration , Monitoring and improvise based on situation
  • Self-motivated and take responsibility to close the action item independently.
  • Proactively analyze the issue and give appropriate suggestions to optimize the system
  • Strong understanding of software releases
  • Should able to Assist Support Tier 1 and 2
  • Review the test coverage and give suggestions
