Job description

Position description:
The coordinator will be responsible for:
Responding to the needs of building tenants in a courteous, prompt and efficient manner

Providing a high level of customer service

Renting out the building’s vacant apartments

Implementing an apartment rental action plan

Managing rent collections and recording deposits as per the procedures in place

Working with the Property Manager and the other team members to plan capital work and filing documents

Planning and optimizing tenants’ moves in and out of the building while upholding building security and occupant safety

Managing apartment turn overs as per the program established by general management

Coordinating with the Property Manager for work that requires a specific action plan

Qualifications required

Requirements:
Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position

Knowledge of the real estate management sector

Excellent Customer service

Demonstrated sales skills and an ability to close sales

Analysis skills and an ability to develop

Good organization skills and sense of initiative; demonstrated leadership

Monitoring, creativity and ability to work under pressure

Oral and written bilingualism is MANDATORY
