Job duties

Measure the success of the clients’ online retail presence and the effectiveness of their marketing strategies, making business-oriented recommendations to them;

Collect data by conducting quantitative research, such as questioning large numbers of oriented customers by telephone and postal surveys;

Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data;

Create the research plan by defining the scope, tools and methodologies, setting up the research schedule and preparing questionnaires;

Undertake analysis of the various factors identified by studying patterns and trends relating to customer e-commerce activities, identify key trends, especially in Chinese market, and provide clear direction to clients;

Prepare business documents for clients’ e-commerce business procedure and analyze all site traffic to recommend efficient marketing plans and programs;

Evaluate creative ideas and develop a production schedule for projects and develop various key performance metrics for our clients’ e-commerce activities;

Write detailed reports of findings, illustrating complex findings into written text;
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, statistics or business management;

At least 5-year direct working experience related to marketing research;

Have strong mathematical and analytical skills;

Hard-working, detail oriented, creative, and comfortable working with numbers;

Proven leadership, communication and writing skills;

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

Master of statistical software (specifically SPSS) is preferable.
