Our‌ ‌Director,‌ ‌Technology‌ ‌Planning‌ ‌and‌ ‌Execution‌ ‌is‌ ‌responsible‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌leadership‌ ‌and‌ ‌hands‌ ‌on‌ ‌management‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌Planning‌ ‌and‌ ‌Execution‌‌ ‌team‌.‌ ‌The‌ ‌team‌ ‌consists‌ ‌of‌ ‌Project‌ ‌Managers,‌ ‌IT‌ ‌finance‌ ‌and‌ planning.‌ ‌This‌ ‌person‌ ‌will‌ ‌partner‌ ‌with‌ ‌existing‌ ‌business‌ ‌units‌ ‌within‌ ‌and‌ ‌across‌ ‌the‌ ‌organization,‌ ‌including‌ ‌Sales,‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌and‌ ‌Analytics,‌ ‌to‌ ‌provide‌ ‌day-to-day‌ ‌campaign‌ ‌oversight‌ ‌and‌ ‌management‌ ‌for‌ ‌inside‌ ‌and‌ ‌outside‌ ‌customers.‌ ‌

Responsibilities of the Director, Technology Planning and Execution include:

Govern all technology projects and programs including reporting to local and global stakeholders
Develop and execute technology and business transformation road maps including investments in Big Data and Public Cloud
Manage resource constraints through a technology intake and prioritization process after revamping it through the enablement of better team collaboration, the establishment of a prioritization score and committee, and by making the process fully transparent to the entire organization
Accountable for the technology department’s annual $60M+ operating budget
Enable product innovation and solutions through regular alignment and consultation with internal and external stakeholders
Provide strategic guidance to the Chief Technology Officer and other executives
You’ll identify, recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and professionals
You be responsible for timely project status, on-going employee mentoring, evaluation, and performance development ‌

Required‌ ‌Skills:‌ ‌

You will have 7‌+‌ ‌years’‌ ‌experience‌ ‌working‌ ‌in‌ ‌IT‌ ‌and‌ ‌combination‌ ‌of‌ ‌business‌ ‌functional‌ ‌responsibilities‌ ‌
You‌ ‌will‌ ‌have‌ ‌5+‌ ‌years‌ ‌of‌ ‌prior‌ ‌management‌ ‌experience‌ ‌
You’ll‌ ‌possess‌ ‌a‌ ‌deep‌ ‌understanding‌ ‌and‌ ‌experience‌ ‌managing‌ ‌monthly‌‌ ‌tracking‌ ‌of‌ ‌technology‌ ‌budget‌ ‌40+‌ ‌million‌ ‌or‌ ‌more‌ ‌
You‌ ‌have‌ ‌experience‌ ‌managing‌ ‌in‌ ‌a‌ ‌complex‌ ‌matrix‌ ‌environment‌ ‌
You‌ ‌will‌ ‌have‌ ‌experience‌ ‌‌developing‌ ‌and‌ ‌executing‌ ‌technology‌ ‌and‌ ‌business‌ ‌transformation‌ ‌road‌ ‌maps‌ ‌including‌ ‌investments‌ ‌in‌ ‌Big‌ ‌Data‌ ‌and‌ ‌Public‌ ‌Cloud‌ ‌

Education‌ ‌

Bachelor’s‌ ‌Degree‌ ‌in‌ ‌Science,‌ ‌Technology,‌ ‌or‌ ‌Engineering‌ ‌ ‌

Master’s‌ ‌level‌ ‌degree‌ ‌in‌ ‌Information‌ ‌System/‌ ‌business-related‌ ‌field‌ ‌
