Rocky Mountain Dodge & RV looking for high caliber people who can help us defy convention and go beyond the status quo as a Parts Advisor. This is a Full Time, Permanent position for Dealership.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Assisting customers with questions – in person and over the phone

· Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders

· Responsible for following up on back orders by checking with other parts personnel and sources to determine status of orders and update customers

· Assist with shipping/Receiving of products

· Merchandizing new parts

· Contribute to the operational effectiveness of the Parts Department

· Checking inventory location codes

· Other tasks as assigned by Manager

To be successful in this job role, you should:

· Driven to provide the highest level of customer service at all times

· Ability to work as a team player as well as independently with little or no supervision

· Be mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new systems and processes

· Have Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure of deadlines, changing priorities and last minute changes

· Have retail parts and inventory experience (considered an asset)

· Have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Be available to work on various shifts, including Saturdays

· A criminal record check and driver’s abstract report will be required upon hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $36,000.00 /year
