Coordinate the CSR challenges project proposed to employees
Propose and implement an action plan that will invite Ivanhoé Cambridge employees to surpass themselves in their CSR-related behaviour;
Facilitate the conversation and engage employees on internal communication platforms;
Assist in coordinating the CSR activity report, with a particular focus on integrating data from the entire portfolio and ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals and GRI Standards;
Preparation of the CSR data collection of the progress report, particularly in a context of the data integration from the entire portfolio, the integration of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and international GRI reporting standards;
Participate in the broadcasting and animation of internal communication platforms for new CSR;
Support the CSR team for the standardization of its processes;
Help monitor best practices in CSR;
Collaborate in the development of a CSR awareness and training plan;
Conduct research and analysis on CSR-related topics relevant to Ivanhoé Cambridge's activities;
Collaborate in monitoring CSR best practices;
Coordinate the production of CSR-related communications for various internal audiences: copywriting, selection of visuals, translation, approvals, review and distribution;
Organize internal awareness-raising activities;
Carry out other related tasks.

Enrolled in a degree program related to communication or marketing;
Additional training in corporate social responsibility or sustainable development, an asset;
Familiarity with GRI Standards and UN Sustainable Development Goals;
Fluency in written and spoken French and English and excellent business writing skills;
Ability to multitask independently;
Team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
Creative, disciplined, curious, proactive and self-directed;
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
