Our Corporate Headquarters, located in Richmond Hill, is looking for an intern in the Sales Operations Department. The successful candidate will be supporting the Sales Operations Team, responsible for vehicle ordering, logistics and sales incentive programs.
Supporting the Business Control Analyst by ensuring accurate and timely setup and quality control for BMW & MINI monthly sales programs
Supporting the Business Control Analyst with day-to-day management of BMW Canada Retailer sales receivables process
Tracking of BMW Group Canada sales program effectiveness and generation of management reports
Assisting with the administration of BMW Canada Retailer co-op claims
Assisting with the administration of the BMW Canada Masters Club and VIP programs
General administrative support for the BMW Group National Sales Department
Other duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of the specific region or BMW Group Canada as a whole
Qualifications and Experience
Completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business
Well-developed oral and written communications skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and a member of a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
