This HVAC Service Manager position starts at a competitive salary of US$94,000 to $106,000/yr, depending on skills and experience. We also offer generous benefits including 50% paid medical insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, 12 paid public holidays, and 5% matching pension after only 9 months of employment! As our HVAC Service Manager, you ensure the success and profitability of the service department. You plan, direct, and control the functions of the service department including pricing, inventory, dispatching, fleet maintenance, safety, customer service, hiring, training, service agreements, and labor control. You build the bridge between our company's and our clients' interests. The trust that you develop with our clients keeps them coming back to us for all their HVAC needs. Eagerly, you deal with any customer concerns that other team members were unable or unqualified to resolve.

You keep on top of training hours for service technicians, scheduling and conducting routine training sessions in the areas of customer service, sales skills, time management, technical competency, cross-training, and better practices. Riding along on service calls to maintain quality standards, you lead by example and inspire all field personnel to take pride in their work. Always approachable, you answer questions cheerfully and with the goal of helping everyone succeed. You cultivate an open, honest, team-oriented, healthy, and vital work culture.

As a goal-oriented problem-solver, you are always looking for ways to proactively improve customer satisfaction. You establish career paths as well as personal and professional development for techs and trainees. With attention to detail, you review invoices to ensure proper billing practices. While you do spend a lot of time out in the field on the beautiful islands, you are also organized and keep on top of all your administrative duties. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00 pm. On-call availability for emergency issues outside of business hours is required. Although not required, most of our managers spend a few hours on Saturday mornings getting caught up or preparing for the following week.
