Job description

Rothenberg Capital Management is looking for a Wealth Management Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in growing the firm by providing exceptional and efficient service by taking care of all tasks related to client accounts and responding to client inquiries.

The Wealth Management Associate will work closely with a Wealth Management Advisor on all aspects of the client relationship.

The associate will support the client relationship by providing high quality service and accurate resolution of inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Additional activities include preparing and reviewing reports, composing and assembling a variety of correspondence and documentation for our clientele.

The ideal candidate must communicate well and provide quality and efficient support on a wide range of diverse assignments and ensuring transactions and transfers are processed accurately, in a timely manner, in accordance with compliance, regulatory and internal requirements.

Essential completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conducts and Practices Handbook are required. A degree in business, finance or economics is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following traits:

  • Excellent Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively without supervision
