Position Title: Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role by directly supporting the CEO as well as the broader team and manages all administrative functions within the organization. The EA helps improve the management of business processes and acts as a key resource and information conduit. Accountable for the administration budget and compliance of business processes, this role also manages defined projects within the organization. Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, the Executive Assistant ensures that the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
