About The Opportunity:
Working under the guidance of senior IT staff, your focus will be on replacing and upgrading existing systems with newer models. You will be responsible for moving software applications over to newer PC's and providing technical and customer support to clients including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems and/or complex software. There is additional responsibility for reporting design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to technical support as well as a significant focus on providing quality services, maintaining excellent customer relations and professionally representing the IT Services Division.

About Your Background:
Preference will be given to students working full-time towards a college or undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems as well as to individuals who have already completed their program within one year of this posting. Ideally, you have some experience in the IT field, specifically in computer operating systems, installations and hardware support. An excellent communicator, you have effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills and are able to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
