Are you in the food business and you are known for your excellent customer service? Mayrand Inc. is currently seeking butchers.

Your tasks will consist mainly of:
Make cuts of meat, poultry and other products
Prepare meat for sale (cut, string, weight)
Monitor product quality and expiry dates, and ensure stock rotation
Apply to health and safety standards
Stay informed about new products
Receive supplied goods while respecting the cold chain
Prepare purchase orders quantities as per stock levels
Track product ordered by customers
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, displays and working area
Respect the standards of hygiene and salubrity

Skills required:
DEP - retail butcher
Workplace Learning Program (ALMP)
